No. The Apollo moon mission equipment is way too far away and way too small to be seen from Earth, or even by the Hubble Space Telescope. However, in July 2009 the NASA lunar orbiter did take the following photographs:

No, however you can see them from the Lunar Recon Orbiter which is circling the moon right now taking pictures.

We can't image them from the Earth
But we can "see" the Retroreflectors left by the Apollo astronauts and the earlier unmanned lunar missions using laser range finders on Earth.
References :
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lunar_Laser_Ranging_experiment

No, the resolution of Earth-based scopes is not sufficient to be able to see those items. We do have photographs of them that were taken by subsequent spacecraft. For example, the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter took several photos:

No, because telescopes on Earth lack the resolution to see such small objects. The landing sites _have_ been imaged recently by the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, a satellite in low orbit around the Moon.
References :
http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/LRO/multimedia/lroimages/apollosites.html
